30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. If your item is defective due to the production process or you are not satisfied, you are welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• The item must show no visible signs of wear or use.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom or personalized orders (specifically made-to-order items with unique attributes) are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at service@lovlygifts.com with the following information:

• Full Name & Order Number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at service@lovlygifts.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective/Broken Products: We are responsible for the return shipping costs if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

• Other Returns: For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Important: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
